Dead Heat for 4th Cong. District
Incumbent Geoff Davis (R), the US Congress representative for Kentucky's 4th District is teetering with his democratic rival, Ken Lucas. Latest poll has Davis ahead of Lucas by 2 percent, and the polling sample error margin is plus or minus 4.6%. For all intents and purposes this race is dead even.
